Exchange in 4.2 improvements?

Howdy,

I've upgraded to 4.2, and Apple stated that there is tighter integration with Exchange. Like what? I still cannot flag my emails, I still cannot get my tasks. Am I missing something? The only change I see is that emails are grouped by conversation....

You can also add multiple exchange addresses.
