Is anyone else having an issue when going to facebook from the iPad and it defaulting to the mobile site now? What gives??!!??!!

I've encountered a problem like when I like to chat with my friends on Facebook. It took me countless tries to send a message. And there are times I can't view a certain picture. Do you experience this?
