I know that song and the video quite well. It was released when I was young(er). When MTV debuted on August 1st, 1981, the first music video ever played was " Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles.

It's possible to predict the weather with a cup of hot coffee, tea or cocoa. All you have to do is watch the bubbles.
Ah, so that's how our local weather bureau does it. Always thought so. Thanks for the confirmation absTo add on :
If the bubbles are seen moving from the center to the sides rapidly, it indicates high pressure and that the weather will be clear for the next 12 hours.
If the bubbles move slower, there might be a bit of rough weather, but its going to clear out soon.
If the bubbles hang around in the center or the cup, it means low pressure. Expect rains in the next 12 hours.
They actually use the stone on a string method to predict the weather. If the stone is still, there's no wind. If the stone is wet it's raining. If the stone is dry it's not raining. If the stone casts a shadow, it's sunny. If the stone is moving it's windy. If the string is horizontal, the wind is very strong. If the stone is missing, a typhoon is on it's way.Ah, so that's how our local weather bureau does it. Always thought so. Thanks for the confirmation abs
