I'm sure quite a few people do it every day. In Canada there used to be a TV show called This is the Law. It featured clips of someone doing something and being arrested. The job of the panel was to try and guess what law had been broken. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_Is_the_Law

Who would be afraid of ET? The M&Ms truck driver?

Fun fact, to keep in the spirit. The book (and screen play probably) had ET following a trail of M&M's, not Reese's Pieces; which makes a lot more sense to me. Even aliens love chocolate.
