File management

Hi there, I am still pretty new for all this iPad tech stuff so please go easy.

I am using my ipad2 for games, music, photos, tv shows etc. I also have a few excel files.

My question is this. Is there an app that allows easy navigation through all your files where you can see memory size etc. kind of like a file manager on windows?

Ive been using an app called Goodreader. You copy your files to the app and then delete them from, say, iPads photo app. you can create file folders and rename files, etc. Doesn't give me memory though.
