File Stream Open Error on iPad and iPhone when trying to save a photo

Hi Guys

I am getting a File Stream Open error on iPad and iPhone when trying to save a photo to a client record in one of my apps.

I also get this error when trying to download a pdf to view..

funny thing is I can do both of these items via our Android version of the app... i.e. save a client photo and view a pdf report.

We use Apache Tomcat 6.0.29 server

I would appreciate any advice that you might be able to give
