Find website passwords iOS 10.3.4

I have an iPad 4, seven years old; current operating system is iOS 10.3.4. I need to find a list of passwords for various Safari websites. The advice I see online to do this show:

"iPhone & iPad: How to view and edit passwords saved with Safari

1. Open Settings
2. Swipe down and tap on Passwords & Accounts"

My Settings page does not have a category of 'Passwords & Accounts'. I presume this is because it is an older iOS. Is there a way to access Passwords on the iPad 4 with iOS 10.3.4?

Just realized there is a list if I click on Safari within Settings. Answered my own question...
