I need a flash player for my iPad 2 since Adobe is outa the question! Anyone....

The native iPad simply cannot play Flash so there is no real Flash player for the iPad. Some third party apps attempt to 'sort of' play Flash by hosting the content on their web sites. Depending upon the content this may, or may not, prove satisfactory because it requires the iPad to stream the 'decoded' Flash from that company's website to your iPad. If you search iPad Forum you'll see literally dozens of threads discussing the relative merits of these browsers - such as iSwifter and Puffin.
But it's fair to warn you that the iPad was never designed for Flash and Apple have never made a secret of the fact that they wouldn't support that particular protocol. So all these third party browsers are, at best, 'workarounds'.

Have you tried iSwifter Browser from AppStore?
