When is apple going to sort out a deal with adobe so that flash player will be able to be installed on the IPad as this is so frustrating as some web pages needed for my job use flash. I think people will start getting peed off and going to other tablets because of this

The answer, I'm afraid, is never, even adobe are cutting development for the mobile flash player. Check out this excellent post http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-faq/54703-flash-ipad.html
