Food anyone?

Roast lamb with garlic, mustard and rosemary in the oven
Preparing the veggies now, potatoes, pumpkin, beans and onions
And gravy to finish it off.
Served with hot crusty bread and lashings of butter.

I made a filipino dish, Adobo chicken with brown rice. My husband Ron likes it too, but will probably eat the chicken soup with Abc noodles!

The lamb and pumpkin sold me!! Sounds delish as Rachel Ray would say!!
 
It was very Delish Carol

I always used to have Butternut as they are so easy to cut, but now I've switched back to Queensland blue.

Yes I agree ,the qld blue has more flavour.
Great roasted with beetroot and and fetta cheese as a side dish to accompany a big juicy steak
