The new cooking grid/grate is supposed to be delivered today.

I may smoke another Boston Butt Sunday night to eat on Memorial Day.

At least you understand what I mean when I say "Boston Butt."

I had to translate for the English speaking people.

Still don't know why it's called a butt when it's actually the shoulder nor why it has to be from Boston when it's not.

I don't no why either! When they go on sale I get a few and BBQ them! Yummy! Or put them in the crock pot!
 
who you calling the English speaking people, cheeky. We are Brits! I'm sure we Brits know a few foody sayings, you Americans don't know! I even know South African ones as well! Bobotie, Melk tert, boerewors, etc...
