Any suggestions for eggplants for dinner?

There is a Lebanese dish which the family like, first time I tried it was in Kuwait called Babaganoush (I think that's how you spell it), I am not the biggest fan of egg plant. Look up the recipe online, it is a Middle-eastern favourite for a starter.

I've not tried eggplant? I had a lovely roast pork roll with apple sauce, stuffing, crackling, potato salad, coleslaw, lettuce etc.... I was stuffed! Couldn't eat another thing but somehow strawberry pavlova and cream worked it's way into my mouth as well.

sounds lovely! I'm trying to convince my hubby that a roast sounds real good at the moment! I am so lucky to have him! He cooks, washes, irons(only when pressed) etc... Godsend! I trained him when we lived together! Met him April 1988, got engaged 1989, got married 1990. Still together 21 years later and he still wonders how. Both scorpios I'm afraid.

funny! We had our chickens freshly laid boiled eggs this morning, what whoppers they were! and toast and tea.

I love my chickens. We never eat them, they get a proper burial when that time arrives. I prefer my ducks eggs in cakes and scrambled egg because they have a slightly harder consistency than chicken.

Oo I have some Chickens too :3 Eight actually I do enjoy their eggs  Amazing with the homegrown asparagus and coffee  YUM!
