I added the symbols for iPhone users and the monthly symbol to the front of my garden name. So now my garden is ( Be Aware of the Time. I appreciate all the info on the wiki. I am still challenged with getting requests filled even when consciously limiting the number of requests. I have over 1000 neighbors. And everyday 1/2 day more neighbors "pop up" in the 'non social area of the game. Are these active player requests or should I just stick to game canter requests. Thanks for your help. A very old newbie to the app games.

Not sure what you mean by non social area of the game. You should go to the forum to ask your questions. The forum I gave the link to in my above post is filled with very helpful players. This thread is mostly for getting new neighbors; not a lot of questions answered here. The secret is making sure you request from those neighbors who regularly request from you or send gifts. Of course, those using the active symbols are pretty good options to choose.

Many people are experiencing trouble with requests related to Time Crystal chapter building materials. Also, several have noticed that there is often a particular build material (varies - it can be gears for a few days, then glass, etc.) that comes in slowly for a few days, then comes in in a flood. We have not been able to determine a pattern and many believe it is deliberate by the programmers. Make sure you do not request more than 10 of any build material every 24 hours. There may be an exception with time crystals, but again we have not yet determined what, if any, limit there may be with time crystals.

Update: I cannot play at all right now, Sorry my neighbors! What happened is that my iPhone died and needed to replace with a new one. When I restored the backup copy of iOS on my new phone, Garden of Time didn't load my account - it started all over again with a new account!!! I submitted a ticket at Playdom, so hopefully they can resolve the issue.

Did you sign in to Facebook in your old game? If you did you can retrieve your old game by signing into Facebook in the new game. You may have to complete some of the tutorial in the new game before you can sign in. When you sign in using the same Facebook account you did in the old game you will receive a prompt saying an existing game is associated with that account. Just follow the prompts and your game will be back. Otherwise do you happen to know your old phone's UDID? Because Playdom may be able to retrieve the old game if you have that UDID. CAUTION: Do not publish your device UDID on the internet. You may be able to retrieve the old UDID from the backups on your computer if you use a mac or in the registry if you use a pc. Let me know if you need more info.
