I have 2 Apple IDs. I have some purchased apps that I would like to download under my new Apple ID in order to sync them. Can someone give me the steps I need to take to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

It can't be done. Apps are associated with the Apple ID used to purchase them and can't be transferred to another Apple ID. You will have to keep them under the original ID.

Thanks to Col.Bris (Brisbane,Austraila) was able to acomplish this by signing in to old Apple ID and downloading app then authorizing this computer. Itunes lets you authorize 5 times. Connected iPad and synced after checking the downloaded app and it worked perfectly.

You will likely still have to sign in under the old Apple ID in order to update the apps.

When an update appears for the old ID you will just be asked the password for the account, there's no need to sign in and out of the ID

Yep, that's it.......my daughter bought an app on my iPad and when I Update All, it asks for my password first, when it gets to her app, it will just ask for her password ...very easy really.

Well there you go all sorted. Now can I have my Fosters lol

"Fosters"?? And here I've been enjoying one of the best beers in Australia, the Queensland XXXX, besides the excellent Adelaide West End of course. Mrs and I were in Brisbane a month ago. Nice city, and surprisingly quickly recovered from those horrendous floods. Had excellent seafood dinner at Gambaros in Petrie Terrace. Cheers!
