Getting into accounts undr settings tab

Hi,

I am trying to set up additional email accounts on my IPAD (they already exist on my laptop). When i go into settings and thn click on mail/contacts/calendars icon, the accounts bit at the top is greyed out, so I can't access it to set up my mail.

Can anyone help please?

Check 'Settings', 'General', 'Restrictions', 'Allow changes', 'Accounts' -> set to 'On'
