Getting mp4 files into a secure folder

Hi - I'm new to Apple, just got an IPad 3 running IOS 6. Have successfully moved some mp4 files from ITunes on my PC into the Video app on the IPad, but want to put some of them into a secure folder - password protected. Tried various apps, but they none of them (so far!) will let me copy files from their Video, they all look for content in Photo or on the Camera Roll. Has anyone a solution? Thanks.....
