Getting old apps back

So today had a little with my iTunes and wiped my iPhone and iPad and it was a problem with my laptop so have lost every thing and was wondering is their anyway of getting my apps back ? Or will I have to just try remember them all ?

Open iTunes on your iPad and go to the Purchased tab. As long as you are signed into the store (check the bottom of the Featured tab) you should see all your apps waiting to be re-downloaded; just a tap away.

You can do the same thing in iTunes on the computer if you like, and then sync. The Purchased link is in the right column when on the iTunes Store home screen
