Let me be clear this software runs on a PC or a Mac. It prepares DVDs and other video for use on the iPad. If a DVD is copy protected, as if there are any that aren't it will remove the copy protection then rip the file so it can be played on a computer or converted so it can be played on an iPad.

You just copy the resulting file to iTunes and sync to the iPad.
