The official Google Maps is being used by millions of iPhone and iPad users and now Google has decided to bring the latest design update to them.
The search giant has announced a new version of Google Maps for the iPhone and iPad featuring engaging animations, shadows and depth. The revamped design is all about creating surfaces and shadows that echo the real world, Google said.
The new mobile apps now feature bold headers of solid flat colors and animations that remind pieces of paper sliding over one another. Other new features include reservations you can make at restaurants through the app via OpenTable, and both time and price estimates for the Uber transport method.
In the revamped Google Maps app for iOS, the Explore section at the bottom shows you recommendations of new places to dine or visit. Go ahead and follow the link from below to get the update apps from the iTunes Store.
