Now that Google has opened up it's Plus network to a bit more users, why not get it for your mobile device? The official Google+ App is supposedly under review in the App Store Approval Process so for now we have to settle with the WebApp. It acts almost exactly as a normal Application would except it is short a few important features like photo uploading. But, if you just want to update your status with regular text, adding Google+ to your homescreen should help you do that faster.
Steps:
1. Open Mobile Safari and navigate to http://plus.google.com
2. Log In to your Google+ account
3. Hit the More Options button next to your navigation bar, and Add to Homescreen.
