Got new notebook, music transfer?

I just got a Alienware M14x but I'm having trouble transferring my music library to my itunes here. I have a Jailbroken iPad 2. I've tried googling but all I found were really expensive apps. So, how do I transfer all my songs from my iPad 2 to my new computer?

Is your music music purchased from iTunes, if it is then you can do this http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2554

If it isn't then you will need a 3rd party solution but keep googling as there are free programmes out there that will do what you want.
