Hacks for viewing safari cache/ cookies

I get served up appropriate ads even when I clear my cache in safari settings.

I would recommend Adblocker and Adblocker Networks from Cydia. Or WeBlock from the Apple AppStore. Both will run you about 2 bucks, but will block next to 99% of ads outside of Cydia. As for viewing cookies and cache, you can probably view them in the technical sense, but it's illegible unless you have xCode or Xamarian installed and know how to utilize it.
