Have anyone used the Note feature on the iTalmud appl.?

After installing iTalmud on my iPhone 3GS. I purchased the.Note feature in order to write my notes on the pages of the Talmud. This Note feature is still not enabled for me even after purchasing again and again, and deleting the iTalmud and reinstalling it back on my iPhone. Can anybody help?

Question 2. Has anybody used this Note feature in the iTalmud for the iPad? I am only considering buying the iPad to be able to write my notes on the pages of the Talmud. Please let me if you had experience with this and how was your experience?
