Help finding a dowmloaded file

Downloaded a number of files but cannot figure out where they went. Any suggestions on how to search and view the files?

It would be helpful if you revealed what files you downloaded. For example, if you downloaded photos, you would find them in the photo app. If you downloaded a data file like a Word document do you have an equivalent app like Pages? If so, you would find them in that app. Music files are usually found in the music apps.

There are iOS apps that support searching like iFile. Just google it and you're halfway in finding a solution. Cheers.
