Help making links in goodreader

I am trying to link from a PDF in goodreader to an mp3 file. I can open the mps in goodreader, use the manage files to create a link to the file, but when I put it onto the PDF as a note or callout but then goodreader doesn't recognise it as a link. Can I add a button or shape of some sort and link from this.
I am trying to link the sound files of music I am learning to an mp3 of the tune itself.
