HELP! (please) - Newsstand problem

For some reason, my Newsstand has chosen not to scroll. If I hold the stylus down and don't lift it up I can with effort scroll down slightly, but the second I lift the stylus it springs right back to the top. I have a lot of mags but that hasn't been a problem before? Any suggestions would be very helpful!

If you have not done this already, do this to clean up your cache of apps still hanging around. Double-press the home screen until all the recently used apps appear at the bottom task bar. Press down on one of them until they all start to wiggle. Then delete them all by tapping the minus signs. Restart your iPad.
