HELP please

i got a problem with my iPad..
just now i lend it to my friend to use it..
and the screen seems to be locked..
and i cant unlock it...
but the screen can be rotated..
and then, i force shut down my ipad, charging it..
after then, i switch it on, its seems dont loading..
just with whitescreen..
the whitescreen have been already for 25 minutes...
how should i do??

You need to do 2 things:

1) You will need to restore your iPad through iTunes and start over.

2) NEVER talk to that "friend" again!

but my ipad until now cant be started..
just with whitescreen..
why can be like that??

Try holding down the home button and the power button at the same time until the apple logo appears.. then release and ipad should start up normally.

Put it in DFU Mode and restore it. As far as rotating, there is a switch on the side.
