Help - Setting up Tiscali (Talktalk) email on ipad

How do i set up talktalk mail on the ipad? I keep getting this answer: 'The POP server "pop.tiscali.co.uk" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "Incoming Mail Server field".'

It's the ipad 2, I've followed the examples above and none work. I think its the SMTP thing that's needs to be authorised. Talktalk's a nightmare to get hold off!
