Can you please suggest which is the best video converter(without black bars in videos) for new ipad as I have many avi files....
I want a video converter with quick conversion..

One option is to just buy a player app like AVPlayerHD. It will play most avi files and you won't need to convert at all. It has a lot of other features and is well worth the small amount they are asking for it, and it save you energy as well as time.

I use AVS Converter when I do need to convert something.
