help transferring file from ipad to computer with no internet

right now all i have access to is an old computer with no internet and this ipad, on my ipad I have downloaded an*ifunbox exe and need to find a way to get it to my pc via usb, i tried moving the file with ifile to the pictures but it wont allow me, is there anyway I can get this on my computer ?? also my computer has no itunes and its an ipad 2 thanks

Without iTunes and an iPad driver on your computer, utilities won't be able to recognize the iPad outside of possibly a thumb drive unfortunately.
