Help with downgrading my iPad

So I had my iPad jail broken on ios 6.1.2 and then I had to restore it for some reason and my iPad was no longer jailbroken so I updated it to 6.1.3 and that was a big mistake I now want to downgrade my ios back to 6.1.2 so I can jailbreak it via evas0n but I can't figure it out I don't have a shsh 6.1.2 blob but I do have 6.1 blob but it wouldn't work plz help me and it says my iPad is 3,4 so I didn't know if it was 3rd gen or 4th but I just guessed sry if this is 4th gen instead of 3rd gen plz don't tell me I'm stuck with this ios and I have to wait till the 6.1.3 jailbreak through evasion plz help me and I'm sry for my poor grammar plz excuse it I was in a hurry

I'm afraid that the iPad 3 cannot be downgraded from it's current iOS. You'll have to wait for the release of an iOS 7 jailbreak sometime after the iOS 7 public release this fall. Having blobs makes no difference.
