Help with Rush Limbaugh app

Just downloaded and installed the Rush Limbaugh app (we are subscribers to his show), got logged on and app will not go larger (small like iphone app) and could not turn it off, even when I logged off the Rush show - anyone else having problems with this app (except that you might not like Rush)? Thanks for any info - Darlene

I've never tried that app, but it sounds like it might be an iPhone only app that you're using.. In that case it will be small (iPhone size) when you run it. When you run an iPhone app on an iPad, you should see a little 2x button on the bottom of the screen. Pressing that should double the size of the application.

There is no 'off' button for apps.. It has to be closed like all the other apps you use..... Double-tap the home button to see the list of running apps. Press and hold on one of the apps and in a moment a little red circle with a dash in it will appear on every app. Tap the circle to completely close the apps you want to close.

I can certainly feel your pain. I've been trying to turn Rush off for many years.

Hi jsh1120 - that is funny, very good!! jwt873, I believe it is a phone app but shows up in the ipad2 apps and on Rush's website it says it has been fixed (the glitches previously in it) to work right now in the ipad2 - but the X2 button on ipad2 will not expand it to larger than the iphone app and although it plays the audio well and seems fine, it will not turn off, tried everything and finally did a complete shut off of the ipad2 and deleted the app - but still want the app to work. I just took a look in the app store and all I see there is the iPhone version of the Rush Limbaugh app.. So I guess it's not available for the iPad just yet. That's strange because I think Rush is an iPad fan

I don't know what you mean by 'shutting off' the application.. What do you normally do to shut off the apps that you run?
