I'm a new iPad 2 owner having picked up the 16GB WiFi version on launch day here in the UK.

I work as an IT Manager and used to be very anti-Apple. Then I bought an iPhone and my perspective suddenly changed. I currently own and iPhone 4 and, as I said, recently also got an iPad 2.

I still don't like the way Apple operate as a company - very controlling and secretive with very little contact with it's users - but I gotta admit they make some fantastic tech

Anyways - I'll be around on here when I need info or need to talk iPad stuff

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Wow - love your tag line!!! We now have two UK moderators - OK, technically they're in Scotland (and I'm one of them - the only qualification I have to moderate - maybe it's an 'anti' qualification - is that I shook hands with Bill Gates in 1980!), one in the US - a lovely lady, Marie (SweetPoison) and Colin in Australia (col.bris). Then there are the upper echelons.....super moderators and the guys in the Executive Suite...but it's a great place and we're all real friendly people here.
