Hi Ajay - welcome to the forum! :)

I've been dealing w/ the same issue for the last 6 months, i.e. is the iPad2 an adequate replacement for my laptop - the iPad takes up less space and does not have to be removed when going through airport security, plus w/ the Bluetooth keyboard, typing emails etc. is easily done - and getting more use to both typing and touching the screen - bottom line, wife & I are getting much more comfortable w/ the iPad on the road, so don't get frustrated early - give it some time and you may be happy - not promising now - good luck!
