Hi im windy im just here to ask how can i watch live streaming from my ipad2 and why I can't watch movie from a legally questionable movie site ?tnx god bless

Hi and welcome to the forum. it's good to see you and I hope you enjoy your visits.

I removed the reference to the site you quoted because that site operates in a legal gray area (copyright infringement).

However, the main reason why the iPad can't view streaming video from most sites is because they are usually provided in Flash and the iPad doesn't run Flash. See this link for a discussion on Flash: http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-faq/54703-flash-ipad.html
