Home design on iPad 2?

Does anyone know if there is an iPad app that lets you play around with your own home design / layouts? I'm looking to get a jump start on my retirement home layout before I meet with an architect and figured the iPad was a perfect place to do that.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Jail breaking/ Cydia apps let's you do that stuff

Thank you both. I'm not comfortable jail breaking my new iPad 2 but I'll give the app a try.
