Hot spots help iPad 3

I have a iPad 3 after updating the software iOS 9. 3.3 I can no longer find the hot spots option in settings. Can anyone please tell me where to look for it ? Thank you

It's in Settings - Wi-Fi - Personal Hotspots. It will appear when available. Otherwise you won't find it.

Ok, I was thinking he was asking how to set the iPad to be a Hotspot; if the iPad 3 had that ability, which I can't remember for sure. I guess I could check Mom's next time I'm at her place.

In that case it is under Settings > Cellular, and also Settings > Personal Hotspot. For those feature to appear your iPad must be capable of creating a hotspot, have a SIM card installed, and your cellular plan (for the iPad) supports the feature.
