Maybe some of our fellow pinoys can help assist you. I am not aware of the available apps for the Philippines, but we have plenty of Filipino members that may have a good idea for approved and legal apps.

I subscribed to iwantv.com.ph. That website plays a lot of local soap operas (telenovela). It's FREE as long as you're using SkyCable or BayanTel. My friend can watch using his PLDT dsl account. Hope this works.

There's no app for tele novela streaming, you just have to open safari and google pinoy tv.

the only way to stream philippine telenovela is using safari, and type the URL pinoy365.com there a lot of recorded telenovela (updated) you can use puffin browser also.
