How deep is Facebook integration in 5.1.1

Does anyone know how deep the integration of iPad's Facebook app with other apps in the system, especially web browsers, goes? That is, if I'm logged into FB within the app, can my browsing "habits" in another app (e.g. a browser) be traced by FB, at least on the websites that sport various social plugins? Or do these require FB login within that specific browser?

FaceBook integration started with iOS 6. There is none before that. Now Twitter, that started in iOS 5.something.
