How do i create folders on Ipad

I have recently got my Ipad , I would like to know how to create folders on Ipad, like we do in Iph.

The current iOS on the iPad is 3.2.2. Folders will not be available on the iPad until iOS 4.? comes out, hopefully in a few days/weeks... hopefully.

Just announced, iOS 4.2 for iPad will come out in November and feature folders and printing.

Only way to do it currently is with jailbreaking the iPad.
