How do I get a UK app on my US ipad!!?

I just moved to the UK and purchased my iPad in the US. There are multiple apps that I do not have access to on my iPad. For example, I just set up my cable with Sky and I do not have the sky go app listed in my app store. Is there anyway around this? Thanks!

You need to set up a UK itunes account. You should be able to do that via the apple uk website or through itunes directly by selecting the UK store in the settings.
