My pdfs from my Pc to my Ipad?

I have mine set up all for that and while I don't "need" them on my ipad it cuts me out having to print it all out over and over when I take my ipad with me most everytime I leave my house

Download the iBooks app
you can just drag and drop the PDF's into itunes.

You can also use Air Sharing to get the pdf's on your iPad, without having to be connected to iTunes.

I use iannotate PDF allows me to read, copy sections, highlight and of course annotate.
$9.99 but I've found it well worth the cost!
