How do I recover a document I accidentally erased in Pages?

I was trying to attach my charger to my keyboard and must of somehow hit the highlight/delete button. Any way I can get it back? I tried hitting "undo" until it went grey with no avail.

You may be able to rescue it if you have a recent backup.


As far as undeleting goes, that's not possible.
