How do i set the time?

The internal clocks on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 have drifted into errors that I can no longer ignore. Can you please point me to where I can find the reset instructions? Blowed if I can find them myself!

I have to reset every so often to Greenwich time to be perfect.

Go to settings- general- scroll all the way down to date & time, click on set automatically.
