How do I sync Safari Bookmarks between iPad and PC while using iCloud?

I use to sync bookmarks on my PC with my iPad, using iTunes. Now that I use iCloud to sync bookmarks between my iPhone and iPad, I lost the ability to keep my PC bookmarks synced as well.
How do I sync Safari bookmarks on my PC when I'm using iCloud?

Found what I needed to solve this. I didn't know there was a PC component to download and setup for iCloud.
