This was initially "Off" at the time of purchase, but I turned it on to make one purchase. That was two or three weeks ago, and now I cannot remember where that feature / particular sub-setting is located. I've been all over my settings page, thinking for sure that it would be located in the "iTunes and Apps" section, but I cannot find it -- anywhere.
I bought the "iPad for Dummies" 5-in-1 book, but despite its size & number pages and topics, it is not very helpful....
