How do you change the page layout for number?

When email and then print a spreadsheet I have created in numbers the header & footers are quite large. Is there a way to change the header & footer size?

Not that I've been able to find, and I did a considerable amount of testing and experimenting a couple weeks ago, trying to adjust the default layout. I even tried to import Numbers documents from the OSX version, to see if they would keep the page layouts. No luck, though this workaround does work with the Pages app.
