How long does it take!

Just on 4/6 I had ordered my new iPad 3rd generation, it is now 4/11 and it is still processing my order! Does anyone no when it should ship?

I guess it will depend where you are and what supplies are in the area. Im sure others here can give you a general idea at least.

Ah, the same thing happened when I ordered my iPad 2. I ordered It near the middle of may, but I got It early In june. The way I got It was going to fedex, (Or your delivery service), and Inquired about It.

It says that it will ship in 1-2 weeks and deliver 4/19-4/25 so it hasn't really been even a week yet for it to ship but I want this 600 dollar device that I have purchased because it should have got here already for that price!

My experience with Apple.com purchasing has been

That they are exactly accurate in their shipping estimates. You knew before you made the purchase that it would be 4/19-4/25 before you received it and that was fine with you or you would not have placed the order. Where is the surprise or disappointment? Patience!

Well, there is no reason to expect that because it cost $600 that it should arrive instantly. They have to make them and only then can they ship them. I understand about not wanting to be on wait, but we all had to wait. Most of us pre-ordered well before the 16th of March and still had to wait to get one. You'll have to do the same. And I paid $800+ for mine.

where did you order it from?? my local best buy has a ton of new ipads in stock

I ordered it from apple.com on March 27, shipped April 6 from China and I received it today on the 11th via FedEx.

I know in my area they are fully stocked. all the Best Buys have them as well of Both Apple stores, also Walmart has quite a few as well in all three locations which are near me. You might want to check locally if you need it before delivery.
