I live in Panama. When I tried to load an app it says you are not authorized in the "Panamanian store" you need change to the US store? How is that done? How did I get in the wrong store anyway?

Hi and welcome, just go to Settings - ITunes and App Store. Delete your Apple ID and re-enter it with your password. You should now be able to download the app.
