How to clear a partially downloaded podcast

I started downloading a free podcast of Sister Act. Only part of the podcast downloaded and it locked up. Now I cannot complete the download nor cancel it. I prefer to cancel the download. Help please.

If you are seeing it in list mode, swipe across it like you are crossing it out. You should get a red delete button. If it looks like an album thumbnail, tap and hold. An 'x' should appear at the top left. Tap to delete it.

Other app I would recommend looking into is "Downcast" which lets you manage and list to podcasts without having to sync or anything. I find it super useful.
